Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Processing times may be extended during weekends, public holidays, or peak periods.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time

International orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, SF Express, 4PX, or other trusted logistics providers.

Estimated delivery times after shipment are:

  • Standard Shipping: approximately 7–15 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: approximately 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, and local carrier conditions.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination, shipping method, and package weight.

  • Standard Shipping: from $8 USD
  • Expedited Shipping: from $15 USD

Free Standard Shipping is available on orders over $79 USD.

We currently support shipping to the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, South Korea, Singapore, Japan, Australia, and select other international destinations.

Shipping Risk and Damage Policy

Once items are shipped, the transit risk is borne by the courier company. Please inspect your package upon delivery and confirm the package is intact when signing for it.

We take great care to package your order securely. However, in rare cases, products may be damaged during shipping.

Responsibility for Shipping Damage
Damage that occurs during transit is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

How to Report Shipping Damage

  • Inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice any damage, take photos of the packaging and damaged product before signing.

  • If the damage is severe, you may refuse to accept the package and contact us immediately.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item at support@piherk.com, providing photos as proof.

  • We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Please note that damage caused by improper use or after delivery is not covered under this policy.

Taxes & Duties

Applicable taxes, import duties, and standard customs clearance fees are included in the price where applicable. In most cases, no additional tax or customs payment is required upon delivery.

Additional charges may only apply in exceptional cases due to destination-specific regulations or special customs requirements.
