Processing Time

Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days after payment is received. Processing times may be extended during holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

International orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx, or other reputable couriers. Estimated delivery time is 7-20 business days, depending on the destination.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are based on destination and package weight:

  • Standard: $8 USD

  • Expedited: $15 USD

We currently support shipping to the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, South Korea, Singapore, Japan, Australia, and select other international destinations.

Shipping Risk and Damage Policy

Once items are shipped, the transit risk is borne by the courier company. Please inspect your package upon delivery and confirm the package is intact when signing for it.

We take great care to package your order securely. However, in rare cases, products may be damaged during shipping.

Responsibility for Shipping Damage
Damage that occurs during transit is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

How to Report Shipping Damage

  • Inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice any damage, take photos of the packaging and damaged product before signing.

  • If the damage is severe, you may refuse to accept the package and contact us immediately.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item at support@piherk.com, providing photos as proof.

  • We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Please note that damage caused by improper use or after delivery is not covered under this policy.
