Refund policy

We offer aΒ 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received β€” unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging

  • Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs (typically $25) are the customer’s responsibility.
However, if the return is due to a product defect or incorrect item sent, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Please confirm the return address and shipping method before sending your item back.
Make sure the item is well-packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Restocking Fee

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, aΒ 5% restocking feeΒ will be deducted from your refund to cover inspection and handling.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can assist you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following itemsΒ cannotΒ be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

  • Items damaged by improper use or handling

Exchanges

Customers may exchange an item for a higher-priced product or the same item in a different size by returning the original item. You may place a new order for the replacement at any time β€” this allows for faster delivery of the new item.

If the replacement item is higher in price, customers can either pay the difference through the exchange process, in which case the original order will not be refunded, or place a new order for the desired product independently, in which case the original order will be refunded upon return approval.

If the replacement item is lower in price than the original item, we will refund the difference to the customer once the return is received and approved.

For exchanges processed via return and refund, where customers place a new order independently, the original order will be closed once the return is received and approved, and any applicable refund is processed.

For exchanges involving a price difference (either paying extra or receiving a refund for the difference), the original order will remain open until we receive the returned item and the price difference is settled.

If the exchange is due to an error on our part (such as sending the wrong item or size), please contact us at support@piherk.com. In such cases, we will handle the replacement and cover the related shipping costs.

European Union Customers

If shipping to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order withinΒ 14 daysΒ for any reason, as long as the item is in original condition with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method withinΒ 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
